ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Property and Casualty Specialist with a focus on Business Insurance at Krystal Brown State Farm Office, you will leverage your expertise to proactively market and sell insurance solutions that protect businesses from everyday risks. We are seeking a motivated, extroverted, and results-driven professional who combines strong consultative skills with a deep knowledge of commercial insurance products. Your ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions will position you as a trusted advisor and a key contributor to our agency’s success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with business insurance clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ business insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.
- Prepare and confidently present customized insurance proposals to business customers.
- Support clients through policy renewals, claims processing, and ongoing risk management guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance sales, preferably with commercial insurance products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, outgoing, and results-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
